Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch your goods within 24 hours.  Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive once dispatched. If you require next day delivery, please choose this option at check-out.  You will receive a tracking reference once the item has been dispatched.  Please let us know as soon as you can if your order does not arrive within the stated time period.  If your expected delivery date has passed and you are still without your delivery then please contact us immediately. It may be difficult to investigate any parcels after 28 working days.

Shipping within the UK.  Monday - Friday.  £5.95, 3-5 working days. Next Working Day - £6.99  

Once the goods have been dispatched and are on their way to you, we are unable to take full responsibility for your purchased goods. It is the responsibility of the delivery service to deliver your order safely and on time.   

Please note due to some recent regulatory changes effective Dec 2024 (GPSR), we are no longer shipping to the EU or US.
