Return & Refund Policy (Online Orders)

Online customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods for a full refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at contact@catwalk-boutique.com to inform us of your return.

Returned items should be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation. Items may be tried on or inspected as they would be in a physical shop; however, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if the item shows signs of excessive wear or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

We will provide a returns label at no cost to you. Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge. Any enhanced delivery costs (such as express or next-day delivery) are non-refundable.

If the goods you receive are faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with photographs of the issue so we can resolve the matter promptly.

This policy applies to online purchases only and does not affect your statutory rights.

In-store purchases are subject to a separate returns policy.
